Terms of Use

The Service allows you to create, upload, store, and manage content, including text, images, audio, and video (collectively, "User Content"), such as affirmations, notes, and personal reflections.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading or storing User Content on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that: (a) you have all necessary rights to your User Content; (b) your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; and (c) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We do not proactively monitor all User Content, but we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise harmful.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Promote self-harm, violence, or any activity that could result in physical or emotional harm.
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us, including reselling access to the Service or using it to build a competing product.

The Service is designed for personal reflection, mindset training, and inspiration only. It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You should not rely on the Service for diagnosis or treatment of any health or mental health condition. If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, you should consult a qualified professional.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials (excluding User Content), is owned or licensed by Affirm Dreams and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works of the Service or any part of it, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

The Service may store your User Content locally on your device and/or in cloud storage (for example, Amazon Web Services). While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that User Content will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important User Content where possible.

You may delete your account at any time within the app or by contacting us using the details in the Contact Us section. Deleting your account may permanently remove your profile, subscription status, and stored User Content, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, pose a risk or liability to us or other users, or we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply after termination.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affirm Dreams and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

In any case, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if greater, the minimum amount required by applicable law.

We may modify or discontinue certain features of the Service at any time, with or without notice, provided that we act reasonably and in good faith.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice (for example, in-app notifications).

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
